A spacious 1388 sqf, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom halfplex with the privacy very close to that of a single home in the highly desirable neighborhood, in the area of 71st and Sheridan, close to restaurants, retail shopping, banks, and a great Montessori Elementary School.

It's a well maintained 1/2 Duplex with all tile or laminate flooring throughout. Appliances include: electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, relatively new central air and central heat. Water heater and roof are relatively new as well. New granite countertops in kitchen and a new fridge. We provide washer and dryer upon requests for an additional $30 a month. Although it is a halfplex, the layout of it and the one sharing the one wall with it provides for a lot of privacy. Spacious back and front yards, includes a 1 car garage.

$1,350/month rent. $1,350 security deposit required. Tenants responsible for all utility bills. Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a credit and background check, although can be a little lenient on the credit check.

No smoking or vaping in the property. Small animals are okay. Available for showings and available to move in right away.
