    "Quiet piece of paradise! Shhh donā€™t tell anyone šŸ˜„This is a small neighborhood that has been very safe. I think itā€™s quiet and on a dead end..long street right next to the Snohomish county walking trail. Many people have lived here since the 60ā€™s but new families moving in. Most people keep yards very neat and tidy. Some homes being remodeled, etc. I have seen raccoons 2 years ago, but none recently. So convenient to shopping, Everett Mall, restaurants, Evergreen area, Fred Meyers, but East off Casino. . The Boeing freeway crisscrosses this area but is raised so I really donā€™t notice the noise which borders Walking trail. Cascade high school is across the way and my daughter loved coming home for lunch. Hope good neighbors continue to move in."
