Our shared home with a private room for rent is located in a quiet, friendly, eclectic East Austin neighborhood just 5 mins to Mueller, 15 mins to Downtown, 15 mins to the Domain, and 20 mins to Zilker Park.

The fully furnished master bedroom, attached office, and private master bath are available for a 6 month lease term, with the option to extend month-to-month thereafter.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, linens, nightstands, couch, coffee table, lighting, and decor. The attached office is equipped with a desk, desk chair, lighting and decor. The private master bath is newly remodeled in Summer 2024, and features large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, freestanding tub, dual vanity, and extra storage.

Two of the rooms in the home are currently leased. You would be sharing living spaces (kitchen, living room, backyard with sauna and cold plunge available, laundry) with our other tenants. Applicants will be subject to meeting and interviews with our existing tenants.

We are open to pets, including dogs. No smoking allowed on-premises. Free parking in the driveway or on the street.

Utilities not included in base rent, and will be charged on a monthly basis, split with the other tenants. This includes internet, electric, water, gas and other Austin utilities.

Pest control and Lawn and yard care are included in base rent.
