This posting is for a newly vacated townhome property.
I'm offering this for rent to a well-qualified renter who's sufficiently skilled to do their own make-ready. The property is now offered at an under-market rent of $950.00 a month. If I do the make-ready, the expected market rent will be around $1,150-$1,200 a month. To be considered, I would need verifiable long-term steady income of around $2,500 monthly or more. I will also need positive, verifiable rental history for the last three years.
I will also consider an owner-financed sale at $145,000 at 7% interest, with $10,000 down. NO investor cash offers will be considered, and any such offers will be ignored.
The townhome was recently vacated by a family who had been there 12-plus years. It will need a full interior repainting along with various minor repairs and reflooring in the two bedrooms. Some bath cabinets may need replacement, and some repair of tub surrounds is needed. No appliances or utilities are included. Please only contact me if you possess the necessary skills, experience, time, and desire to invest the considerable time required for a thorough make-ready.
