Parking available for one covered and two additional uncovered vehicles. No parking in yard. Guest may park on street. Unit has central ac and heat. Has large fenced in backyard.

Beware of scams: This property is privately owned and owner does not advertise on any other site such as Craigslist, Social Serve, etc. We do paper, in person applications upon viewing the property along with leases. All funds to lease will be done in person at signing , never contactless.

Landlord maintains lawn. Abide by city trash rules and pickup dates. No pets or subleasing.

One year lease required with security deposit ($2,0000) and first month payment($1800) due at signing (total $3800). Monthly rent due on lease sign date and late fee will be assessed if late payment not approved prior to. No utilities are included and must be secured by tenant. Landlord will take care of all maintenance and repairs including blinds. Tenants must report maintenance issues to landlord asap; tenants responsible for repair costs beyond normal wear and tear. Abide by all city noise ordinances and laws. No pools or trampolines.

No evictions or bankruptcy within last ten years. Criminal history will be reviewed on case by case basis. All adults/residents must be on lease.
