Located only five minutes from the center of town, 20 minutes from casinos and beaches on the Gulf coast, 2 miles from renowned bicycle path Tammany Trace, 35 minutes to New Orleans and so much more. Swim, fish, crab off the pier right at your backdoor. Excellent Location with the best of both worlds, peaceful serenity & proximity to everything. WiFi and all utilities with a $200 utility allowance included.

We are 35 to 40 minutes from New Orleans without having. to deal with the crime in New Orleans. We are 7 miles from the Mississippi border. The Mississippi Gulf coast is about 25 to 30 minutes away. There is entertainment to fit any budget from a variety of Hotels and Casino's to prestin beaches. "
