A brand new home built in 1932? High end finishes in Provo? Yep! Here it is!

In a great area just south of BYU. Close to shops, parks and bus stop.

This place has it all. I've never owned a fully loaded, decked out car but I've been in some. Cadillacs and Teslas are putting things in cars that you wouldn't believe. Four super bright led can lights in the bathroom with six outlets throughout.

There are outlets in the various cupboards and pantries for convenience. The built-ins (with outlets inside) are a great spot for a wireless printer to be tucked away. There are outlets in every closet and USB function outlets throughout.

There is bright motion activated lighting in every closet, including the large master walk in closet, so you can pick your perfect outfit.

Do you enjoy time outside? Perfect this house has a large yard and the best part, you don't have to mow it! Yard maintenance is taken care of by the landlord.

Never lose a package or miss a friend stopping by with the video doorbell camera.

Have a place to put all those packages you receive and all your stuff with a storage shed in the back.

Free Google fiber internet. No one has ever complained about the basic speed and no one has ever complained about it being free.

Convenient keyless entry wtih the elecronic deadbolt.

We cover the gas and water bill, all other utilites are put in the tenants name.

Front loading washer and dryer are included.

Oh yeah, three bedrooms and one bath.

My daughter has had the best teachers every single year. She is in 4 th grade and every year the last day of school is a painful one because both she and I are so attached and impressed with the best teacher ever. Every single year she has felt this way. Every teacher has been equally amazing. They really care and go out of their way to help in any situation and I have to give a huge shout out to the principle who we will miss dearly. She knows my daughters name. Sometimes she just searches her out to say hi to her and ask her how her day is going. My daughter loves school. She loves going. That speaks volumes. Way to go brookside.

"Streets can be congested during rush hour and the off ramps are backed up as well but as a recent transplant (3 yrs) it’s still better than SoCal. There is a front runner station nearby so that’s helpful."

"I’ve lived here for almost 14 years. I used to love it; small town feel, while still being close to everything. Quiet, not a lot of traffic. Now, there’s a traffic jam on almost every street at least once a day. Crime has gone up. It’s noisy. All the beautiful fields and pretty open spaces are filled up with ugly, cookie cutter subdivisions. It used to be a lovely place."
