Situated on a slope with the house facing West, its orientation enables lazy mornings, and later encourages relaxation on the balcony enjoying the boats coming in to the launch and the daily theater of the colorful (often dramatic) sunsets that Pequea is well- known for. Pontoon boats, jet skis, fishing, hiking Conservancy trails, and biking on the Rails To Trails are the local pastimes. Pequea is less than 30 minutes to Lancaster. Lancaster is a walking town and a historical cultural hub boasting varied diverse dining experiences, micro-breweries, galleries, music and theater. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers call students by their dead names, students who do not fit the perfect Aryan race are discriminated against and the principals turn a blind eye. My child could not walk through this school without being bullied, and no staff member cared to help. The staff who were willing to help could only help so much due to the restraints of the system. The nurses office needs more funding, and so does the art studio. Some of these teachers need serious lessons on how to keep an open mind.
