About this House

Remodel / 2 Houses / Pond / 9 acres / West Jones School District!

Due to an upcoming move, we are selling our house and property. It is 9 acres in the West Jones School District outside of Laurel, 2 houses, and large pond. The larger house is 2700 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, with large living room/den, wood-burning fireplace, kitchen/dining overlooking pond, wood deck, concrete patio area, and underground storm shelter. The kitchen appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher) are included with the house and were purchased new in 2020. We completely remodeled the larger house in 2020.

The smaller house is 1000 sq ft with bedroom, bathroom, extra room, and a large main room overlooking the pond. It would be a great spot for Airbnb, guest house, etc. The pond is a great spot to fish, and we’ve seen deer, ducks, and other wildlife while we’ve lived here. Such a great spot in a quiet community! We would have lived here for years if not for the move to another city. Serious inquiries only please. No owner financing or rent-to-own. Thank you!
