There are ceiling fans, an air conditioner, a screen door and a toasty powerful gas heater for cold days. There is plenty of closet and drawer space where you can unpack and feel at home.

Full kitchen includes gas stove, oven, full-size fridge, microwave. Queen bed and a sleeper sofa that turns into a full bed. Four-person dinning table, washing machine & dryer.

Smart TV + Amazon Prime and digital broadcast reception.

The yard comes with outdoor furniture and is full fenced.

Electricity cost is minimal. Goes over $150 a month only during hot months with frequent use of A/C.

Landlord (who lives elsewhere on this lot) suffers from cynophobic and allergies and our religion forbids presence of animals inside. Idea for those suffering from allergies, like our family; animals have never entered.

We are 100 yards from a bus stop on Vanowen. Orange line's Reseda Station (Reseda Blvd and Victory) is 1.2 miles away.

During the warm season, there could be sightings of tiny ants, which are not uncommon in southern California homes. We don't see this as an emergency.

There’s an annual artwalk and a quaint Southeast Asian community in the center: a handful of excellent Vietnamese and Thai restaurants and retail establishments. It’s mostly comprised of single-family housing, but quite a few apartments and condominiums have popped up in the last 10 years. Needless to say it’s quite a diverse and well-planned neighborhood."
