The back sliding door opens out to the patio and a natural preserve filled with deer, seasonal turkeys, and others.
Cosco, Buc-cees, Publix, IMAX theater, golf courses, local favorite restaurants, and so much more are a short walk or, in my case, wheelchair ride away.
The amenity center is one of the finest in the area. Along with an incredible ballroom, game rooms, library, arts and crafts room, and so many others. It boasts both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The outdoor pool also has a patient lift, allowing for accessibility to all.
My health forced me to move closer to family. This was going to be my forever home. Nestled away in a private community, but so close to entertainment, dining, hospitals, and doctors. It is fully accessible from the moment you're greeted by a gentle slope of papers into the front door and pavers sloping down into the lanai.
Just in case you ever need it, there's a special needs shelter less than 3 miles down the road. I have never needed it, but it is nice to know it's there.
The solar panels on the roof will be paid off with the purchase. You can run the entire home with the panels and produce enough electricity to send to the grid. My electrical bills were rarely more than $100 per month.
