Near mass public transit, very good school district, quite diverse but totally quiet and everybody is minding their own business. It also has more trees and green accents than most of other neighborhoods in Queens. The playground located by Grand Central Expressway has a tennis court and athletic field with volleyball court and track among other parts. Also the neighborhood is a walking distance to Forest Park. Great area for kids. "
