All new mechanicals throughout house plus a high effeciency furnace, water heater and Kinetico water softener (very high end).
New Marvin Ultimate Clad windows and patio door with SDL prairie grids and a custom wood Simpson front door.
New interior 2-panel shaker style doors and 2-piece wide trim throughout plus tall baseboards.
House attic was air chuted and blown fiberglass insulated to a minimum of R-50.
New Timberline roof and seamless aluminum gutters with leaf free covers.
Kidney shaped stone paver patio off of an exotic hardwood deck with decorative metal handrail.
Extensive landscaping including hardscaping around entire house.
Matching storage shed in back and kids play area with a high end Redwood play house/swing set/slide. There is also a seperate hard scaped trampoline area that could alternatively be used as a fire pit area.
In ground sprinkler system installed by Kelly Green.
Street curbs and paving were completed in 2007 so there should be no street work required anytime soon.
The house siding and trim were also painted (Colonial Gray/Blue siding with white trim and red windows) in 2014 so color in pics is not accurate.
As a side note, the lot is extremely wide and there is easily enough room (with room to spare) to add a 3rd garage stall with 2 sizable bedrooms/rooms above on the South end of the house. This would bring the house to a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 garage stalls which is very rare to get in this part of town. Designs can be provided for serious buyers.
