We are looking for a long term tenant 12+ months. House is being offered mostly unfurnished (queen bed available if you prefer it to stay). We are updating the upstairs flooring and garage door is being replaced. This is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home with 2 separate areas for entertainment. Bedrooms are spacious with half bathroom on bottom floor and 2 full baths upstairs. Nest thermostat provides for controlled comfort. The backyard is the most amazing thing for kids and pets and adults! This home is a great entertaining home and is a corner unit so only neighbor on one side. Very quiet neighborhood just a short drive to the 101 and 51 highways. Backyard is huge and you will love the heated pool as well as open space for your pet to run around as we have beautiful high end synthetic grass. This is 85254 magic zip code and we are part of the strong Paradise Valley School District. Our bedrooms are updated and spacious as are the bathrooms. We own a number of rentals and know how to take care of our tenants. We are 5 minutes away from the Quarters and Kierland shopping centers and 15 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and down the street from public golf courses. This does not include landscaping or pool maintenance costs.

Tenant to pay for all utilities. We do accept dogs with our approval and with dog deposit and fee. We do not allow smoking inside the house. 2 car attached garage in addition to plenty of street parking. NO HOA but the development is owned by neighbors who care for their homes. Owner is licensed agent in AZ. Tenant responsible for upkeep of HVAC filter. Rate does not include landscaping and pool maintenance.
