Remodeled and upgraded throughout. Open living and kitchen concept gets great light with large windows. Cozy breakfast nook/reading area off of kitchen and space also includes desk/office space for a working vacation if necessary.

Home includes Master Bedroom with quality king bed, master bathroom with large soaking tub and rainfall shower head, great after a day of skiing. There are "his & her" closets, one being a walk-in closet.

Second bedroom is the "Zen" room, a studio with open wall Shoji doors, great for meditation/yoga/workout. It has a queen size hide-away bed which can be used for second bed or pulled out for guest visits.

A washer and dryer are included on site. There is even garage space for parking one vehicle and storage for winter equipment.

Owner is Real Estate Broker and amenable to some flexibility in dates.

Lease is Jan 1 - May 15 but there is some flexibility.

This is the upper level of home; there is a rented apartment below. Looking for conscientious tenants, this is not a party home.
