"You can get to downtown SF in about 40 min on the Golden Gate transit bus. Easily accessible and affordable."
  • Trulia User
"The roads are narrow with tight turns. People regularly speed especially to drop kids at the school, so it can be dangerous for walking. There do seem to be a good number of young families, but you rarely see them since the neighborhood is so hilly and winding. There’s very little diversity, but that can be said for Mill Valley as a whole. Overall the views can be great and it’s peaceful, but the community isn’t warm and fuzzy. "
  • Augie P.

The extraordinary Redwood forest beauty of our town and our ease of being active neighbors for all sorts of causes and activities is wonderful. Our easy access to hours and hours of local, state and national hiking rail systems is hard to believe since we are so close to San Francisco!"
