About this House

The Carriage House is a completely remodeled historic Bisbee property. This historic barn has undergone extensive renovations in the last 2 years and boasts a brand new kitchen with custom wood cabinets and remodeled shower. Recently installed mini spilts in the bedroom and mainfloor living area keep the space cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. But make no mistake this is no big box store remodel, care was taken to repurpose the historic materials wherever possible to retain its quirky charm (we kept the clawfoot tub in the living room!)

Enjoy plenty of outoor space including a sweet balcony and large deck perfect for entertaining. A shared washer/dryer is available on the property.

This historic Old Bisbee property is nestled between Ok Street and the historic Brewery Gulch. Access to the property is available off Ok St, down a short stairway, or from the Gulch along Wave St, one of Bisbee's oldest historic cobblestone streets.

There is no dedicated parking for the property, but ample off-street parking is available in the Gulch.

Easily walkable to all Old Bisbee has to offer - shops, restaurants, bars and museums and just a short drive to the Copeer Queen Hospital.

You should know...The Gulch is right in the heart of Old Bisbee's entertainment district. The neighborhood can get loud, and parking scarce, especially on the weekends and during holiday weekends. The historic Silver King Hotel and Bar 4 are neighbors so live music and noise from their patio should be expected. But eventhough the Carriage House has a Brewery Ave address it is actually set back from the Gulch making it quieter than the Gulch proper.

Owner pays for City sewer & garbage, water and basic internet. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. All deposits are due at signing.
No smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
Pets allowed on a case by case basis.
Tenant is repsonsible for basic landscape upkeep (watering established plants and trees.
Property is located on a shared parcel with another building and tenants.

"They would like that most of the houses on Briggs have fenced in yards, but they would NOT like hearing dogs bark or yap all the time & they would NOT like stepping in dog poop while walking around the neighborhood. "
  • Cindy P.
"Bisbee is unique. It’s an old mining town and has attracted many different types and ages of people to its neighborhoods. But we have a LOT of crime and sadly drugs are abundantly used here,"
  • Bob Klein
"It’s dog friendly and there are mutt mitt boxes everywhere. Most stores allow dogs inside and have treats for them. "
  • Mark Lymer

"The best kid da playground in town. Lots of dogs. Impossible to get lost, and not far from downtown. Bus stop close to highway "
  • Taughbyjah
"Bisbee itself is unique, but also the houses in the neighborhood I currently live in were originally built for the miners in the 1940’s and 50’s. It’s a fairly quiet peaceful area .... most of the time. "
  • tlchaak
"Just 10 mins drive to Old Bisbee without the hassle of tourists and party goers. Nice little area to bring up a family or to retire after raising yours."
  • M V.
