About this House

The 2400 Farmhouse is one of Ivory Homes' most popular modern farmhouse floor plans. It seamlessly blends clean lines and contemporary materials with country charm. A covered front porch welcomes guests. Sidelights next to the front door make the entryway even more inviting. Inside, a private room can serve as a formal living room or home office. A guest bath in the hallway leads to a great room with a fireplace. The dining nook sits next to the large center island in the kitchen in this open-concept floor plan. Yet, its easy to stay organized and contain clutter in the corner pantry and doored mudroom. The owners suite sits on the other side of the great room, next to a dedicated laundry room. The en suite bath has a separate tub and shower, along with a double vanity and a private water closet. Upstairs, a spacious loft acts as a flex space and is surrounded by three bedrooms, a full bath, and a linen closet. The basement can be finished to include two additional bedrooms. It also features a large space perfectly suited for a home theater or rec room. ...

"There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
  • Jennifer Jasmer
"Eagle Mountain is family friendly with great schools and public areas. Wish it was more farmland overall."
  • Sam Collett
"Nice quiet place to raise a family but far from a lot of things. It’s growing so there will be a lot out here eventually."
  • Christy D.
"It's not to bad, now that the freeway in Lehi has been completed it makes it much easier to get to salt lake. I'm not sure how the commute will be in the winter because we are new out here."
