The teachers don't seem even remotely aware of Title IX or know how to fix the problem. The principal and assistant principal seem useless in this regard. The bullies are never punished, and it's the bullied who must do things to avoid them. As well, learning is disrupted by these behaviors. A few times a month the school offers parent workshops. The workshops range from social media to cybersecurity. The students celebrate and participate in school spirit week, back to school night, multicultural day, and other activities. "I have lived in this neighborhood for 4 years. Lots of families live here with young children. There is an elementary school and a park. Lots of people walk their dogs. The farmers market is open every Sunday. It’s close to the village shops and restaurants."
