There are hiking trails, game hunting etc.
Tenant pays for electric, propane, 100 dollars for the first repairs when damaged by tenant, but the rest is either taken out of deposit or Landlord pays for normal wear and tear. Well water costs will be tenants cost for electricity. All other costs for personal items is paid by tenant. No smoking in the house. Pet damage will be another charge tenant will be responsible that exceeds the 1000 pet fee and exceeds the damage deposit of 2600. Property is to be maintain by the tenant and care is to be taken to winterize the water system and toilets and turn off well when tenant leaves heat off to go away for any length of time.
