SLEEPING:
With 3 beds and 2 baths, Haven Rock is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and recharge. The two identical soft King beds in both of the bedrooms and trundle bed in the Zen room make this the perfect space for a romantic getaway, intimate gathering with friends, family vacation, or yoga / artist retreat.

ZEN ROOM:
Take a break Inside and center yourself in the Zen Room. With plenty of space for everyone to practice Warrior, Half Moon and Dancing Shiva, or simply go within and be still. Sit full lotus or engage your core and find balance on the stability ball as you practice mindfulness. Light the LED candles and heal your chakras, or explore the world of crystals and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Learn and practice some new massage techniques including Effleurage, Petrissage and Tapotement. The Himalayan salt lamp is sure to boost your mood and improve your sleep. Too relaxed to move? You don't have to thanks to the daybed / trundle bed and starry mood lighting.

OUTDOORS:
Nourish your body with a homemade meal using the grill, smoker or the open modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Gather round the table indoors or out and share a moment of gratitude. Shock your senses and stimulate your body through hydrotherapy, alternating between the cool Cowboy Pool and the calming jets of the hottub. Show your competitive side with a round of corn hole.

Too much fun in the sun? Cozy up in our outdoor shaded lounge to cool off in our swinging chaise couch or comfortable rattan chairs. As the sun sets, hop into the hammocks to watch the sun go down on this side of town before moving to the Adirondack chairs by the firepit for storytime and stargazing. You'll surely enjoy watching the gardens light up as night falls with our solar LED lighting.

FEATURES:
Our smart home features an e-lock for easy self check-in. We have fast wifi, but do keep in mind, we are still remote and speeds may vary. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking necessities including a microwave, toaster oven, pots/pans, cookware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, wine/bottle opener, Keurig & drip coffee makers with coffee provided, spices, filtered drinking water, and an ice maker.

All this, and you're only a short 5-minute drive to the park entrance where you can reconnect with nature in ways you never knew were possible. Before you depart, make sure you take a moment to come up with your next brilliant idea under the lightbulb windchime. Eureka - you found it - the desert's secret oasis!

FAMILY & PETS
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis and dog owners must agree to our pet rules before we can approve. Please send us the breed and age for consideration. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our House Rules for more information.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest over the 4th to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Follow the county's Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

HOT TUB:
Our 6-person hot tub is set to 104 degrees.

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you're interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.

WILDLIFE:
You're surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, squirrels and the endangered kangaroo mice.

CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren't able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

NO SMOKING:
This is a non smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, peaceful nights and starry skies...

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through SUPERHOG after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500. Guests will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG via text with a URL link to start the verification process.

CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT:
Saturday check-ins and check-outs are not allowed. We may grant an exception to this for last-minute reservations.

LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE:
You will notice that cell service is hard to come by in our secluded desert setting. Don't worry consider it an invitation to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. We recommend planning ahead so you can make the most of this serene escape from the digital world.

PLEASE REVIEW ALL OF THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. By making a reservation, you are entering into an agreement to adhere to all of the House Rules below, which takes effect at time and date of check-in and ends at check-out. This House Rules agreement is NOT a lease and conveys no rights in real property at any time. Your use is limited to the House Rules defined herein.

CHECK-IN FORM: Prior to receiving check-in instructions, guests will be required to complete a Check-in Form with our standard Rental Agreement terms and conditions, which reflects our House Rules. For verification purposes, a copy of your photo ID will be requested and must match the name of the credit card on file. For a seamless check-in, please make sure all your payments are completed before check-in.

[General]
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS. You may not exceed the number of guests than what's on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to ENTER the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation. This is a strict rule with the county. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please note we have an added $50/night Extra Guest Fee for each guest over the 4th that is alreadyincorporated into the price when selecting total guest count.

2. NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Check-in is 4pm until 9pm. Check-out is by 11am. Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests due to the enhanced cleaning regimen required to properly clean and sanitize the home according to CDC protocols for your health and safety.
Saturday check-ins and check-outs are not allowed. We may grant an exception to this for last-minute reservations.

3. DOGS ARE ACCEPTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. We will ask you to agree to pet rules before approving and will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per dog. This is strictly monitored at check-in.

4. NO SMOKING OR BURNING CANDLES. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

5. Please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of NO outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

6. Keep doors closed AT ALL TIMES. There are many creatures in the desert, including mice, rats and coyotes, that can easily enter the home if doors are open and cause infestation and damage. Please be responsible and keep all doors closed.

7. No professional photoshoots or video shoots without prior approval. If you're interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Unauthorized use of the rental property's name, address or images (interior, exterior, or property surroundings) for any commercial, business, sales, or promotional use in any print or electronic media is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

8. No special events such as parties or weddings are allowed without prior written approval.

9. Guests shall allow access to property management vendors or workers during their stay for landscaping, pool/hot tub maintenance, trash removal, any necessary repairs and inspection of premises.

10. No glitter or confetti allowed. Please remove all decorations, if any, by check-out time at 11am on day of checkout.

11. No glass is allowed near the spa or pool area. All food and drinks must be served in plastic containers and dishes.

12. SPA AND POOL: There is no lifeguard on duty. You swim at your own risk. People can drown or be severely injured by improper use of the spa or pool. Guests agree to assume full responsibility of themselves and their guests or invitees and hold the hosts, homeowners, agents, property managers, and any successors harmless of any and all liabilities or claims for their use of the spa and pool. Guests must follow safe practices and rules including: - No diving - No intoxicated persons may use spa or pool - No use of spa or pool alone - Shower or rinse feet before entering spa and pool - NO DRINKS in spa or pool If you spill anything in the spa or if there is any substance that requires us to drain it, this will incur a $250 surcharge to cover labor, water to refill, electricity to reheat, and spa specialist for ph balancing.

13. Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess is a $500 cleaning charge. Thank you in advance for treating the home as if it were your own. :)

14. Illegal or abusive use of the internet is strictly prohibited. Please note the desert is remote and many outside factors can affect WiFi. We cannot guarantee WiFi speeds or connectivity due to outages, neighborhood bandwidth usage, or factors outside of our control due to the WiFi company.

15. Guest contact number of their profile is good to be a 24/7 point of contact for code enforcement violations. We will call twice if we can't get through and the guest is required to respond within thirty minutes of our initial call to receive notice of any violation - per county ordinance. Otherwise there is a fine of $1,000 USD that the guest is responsible for (fined by the county.) If guests would prefer or need to provide an alternate number, they must do so before checking in. Any violation of local or county laws that result in any fines will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

16. We do our best to be helpful when plans change. Please note that reschedule requests will be handled the same as our cancellation policy. Any reschedule requests less than 14 days out will need to cancel and rebook. The canceled reservation will be subject to our cancellation policy.

17. You must acknowledge there is surveillance recording on the property - ring doorbell at front entrance and security cameras monitoring the driveway entrances and front gate walkway. There are no recording devices that face the private, enclosed lounge space in the backyard/spa/pool area or inside of the home.

18. Only a maximum of two cars are allowed to park on the property. All cars MUST park in the driveway past the gate.

19. Please be respectful of the space. There is unique, vintage furniture and decor throughout the home. We value honesty... If something breaks, please let us know. If we discover an item is broken, damaged or missing without any prior written notice, we will charge a replacement fee of $100 per item in addition to the actual cost to replace or repair items. If total cost exceeds the deposit amount, we will bill your credit card or collect the funds through the Resolution Center to cover replacement costs of damaged, missing, or broken items.

20. We always encourage guests to purchase traveler's insurance in case any unforeseen circumstances should arise that are out of our control.

Failure to follow any of the House Rules will be considered a breach of contract resulting in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund and/or withholding part or all of the deposit in addition to any damages sought.
