About this House

At Valhalla our valued residents love our excellent southside location that has easy access to shopping and major crossroads in Corpus, so getting places is very convenient.

We have private, hands-on, long-term ownership! There are so many new owners these days, and they paid too much or their debt is too high. Many of these properties can't afford to do basic maintenance, and it's showing. At Valhalla, we've owned it a long time already, and take care of you and the property, because we're going to own it for even longer going forward.

Our residents always appreciate the beautiful property with ample parking, lots of green space, and a gorgeous pool, so even when you're not in your apartment, you still feel like you're home and can enjoy more than just your living spaces.

This really needs to be toured for yourself to fully appreciate. We have a nice variety of units ranging from affordable efficiencies to well-appointed 2 bedrooms, 2 bath apartments.
