"My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and we've always enjoyed the area. I run through the neighborhood on a regular basis and everyone I come across waves a friendly hello. We have the rails to trails bike trail 5 just a short walk down the street, and downtown Manchester is a 5 minute drive. The Vernon St. area has a rare country setting while still being close to the shops and restaurant in the Buckland Hills area."

"This town has so much to offer. Good schools, Community College, tremendous amount of shopping and restaurants, golf course, YMCA, numerous gyms, 2 libraries, great police force. It is a quaint but modern town. The Public Works Department does a great job with the upkeep of town property and public roads. Great services - too many to list. The housing market is affordable to all. Many apartment complexes to choose from if you don't want to buy. Can't say enough good things about Manchester."

"Close to everything (shopping, NYC, Boston, recreation....), yet feels very private and secluded! Great area for raising a family - active parental involvement in the schools. Hiking/biking trails nearby."
