The outside patio has a comfy space to watch the sunset or just enjoy looking at the 180 degrees of shoreline. It's stunning. There is a wood burning fire pit. The master bedroom has an ocean facing view, large walk in closet. The Jack-n-Jill bathroom is beautifully remodeled and has a stunning walk in shower.
There is a one car garage and a few open parking spaces in the community. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage area.

This condo puts you less than 1.3 miles south to South Carlsbad State Beach and within a short 10-minute drive to the shops in Carlsbad Village and just 3 miles to Legoland.

Pets under 20 lbs and no aggressive breeds will be considered on a case by case basis with increase to the deposit ($500 per pet) and pet screening profile. Renter's liability insurance required to keep current throughout tenancy.

    "The HOA at Alta Mira I does not like kids. They threaten to fine you if they ride bikes, skate boards, climb on trees, have fun, etc. They also hate dogs. They constantly threaten to fine everyone for the simplest of things, including letting them pee on a neighbors front yard...yes, front yard. There are a lot of nice people here, but the HOA is run by a bunch of grumpy old people that complain and want to fine everyone. Also, there is no parking. On trash day, the trash cans take up the entire street parking. Everyone begins to fight each other for street space, not only in the cul de sacs, but the entire community. This place was not set up for families to live at all. With all that said, its typically quiet and pretty safe. Just know that to use any of the common areas, while publicly encouraged, is secretly not popular as these people seem to want to put fines out there for everything. Don't take my word for it...Just ask for a copy of the most recent HOA news letter and you will see exactly what I am talking about."
