Approved pets incur a pet fee that can be found in the listing, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. An initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents is provided, with additional supplies being the guest's responsibility. Shipping items back for lost items will incur a $20 service fee plus the cost of materials and shipping. Lockouts requiring host assistance will be charged a $75 service fee. Unbagged garbage found in bins will incur a $50 fee per bin.
This home is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac, minimizing traffic and noise. This is a 100% smoke-free property, and any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Moving furniture is not allowed and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture.
