The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, perfect for crafting culinary delights with a tropical twist. The adjoining dining area and bar seating make it a great gathering spot for meals or mai tais. The living room features a massive sectional, a premium sound system, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities. The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and an attached spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (twin + full). The bathrooms include a shower/tub combo on the main floor and a shower on the bottom floor. The spacious backyard is ideal for yard games, relaxing with friends, or letting the keiki (kids) run wild. While unfenced, it offers plenty of space to soak up the sunshine.
Approved pets incur a pet fee, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors, and for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee. Mail and packages can be shipped to the property, but guests should contact guest services before shipping. For stays exceeding 15 days, a separate lease agreement may be required or guests may need to use a local post office for deliveries. Lockouts requiring a locksmith are at the guest's expense, or a $75 service fee will be charged if a host team member is dispatched. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property.

This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, requiring all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum. The home includes a separate basement apartment, often with guests. A separate shop/storage area on the far side of the property is occasionally used by the owner and will not impact guest privacy. Initial supplies of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents are provided; any additional supplies needed are the guest's responsibility. Lost items can be shipped back for a $20 service fee plus shipping costs. Guests must report any pre-existing damage or cleanliness issues within 4 hours of check-in. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins; a $50 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage. Light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay, including regularly scheduled exterior services without prior notice. For indoor maintenance, permission will be requested before entering.
