It feels safe enough that early morning solo runs before sunrise are no big deal, and you’ll often cross paths with neighbors walking their dogs. Kids play outside, which says a lot about a place.     "Super close to the freeway and honestly tucked away so hardly any traffic ever and I love it and would definitely recommend the area. The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."
