The location offers walking access to Publix Supermarket and locally owned restaurants at the Village Shopping Center, as well as along Grove Avenue. Carytown and downtown Richmond are a short drive as are the suburban shopping areas near Short Pump.

All adults occupying a property must apply & be named on the lease. Good credit, rental history/mortgage history is a must, no criminal background & employment verification is required. Accepted applicants must provide separate cashier's checks or money order for each of the following: first month's rent, security deposit equal to full month's rent.

There will be a $50/month pet fee per dog or cat, when applicable. No more than two dogs and/or cats total would be permitted.
