Great 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single story Hemet home located at the very end of a cul de sac. This 1629 square foot home was built in 1989 with original owner and sits on a large fully landscaped and fully hardscaped feels larger than 5227 square foot lot with panoramic mountain views and several large shade trees out front. This home features an open floor plan with carpet throughout most of the common areas and ceramic tile in the remainder and ceiling fans in almost every room. There is a fireplace in the living room with mantle and gas starter. The kitchen counter is J shaped providing for a good amount of cabinet and counter space. The master bedroom also has high ceilings with a ceiling fan and a master bathroom with large cabinet and vanity as well as a shower with glass sliding doors. The remaining bedrooms are also good sizes. The backyard feels much larger than the lot size reflects with concrete outside the french doors by the dining area and a park feel with fountains and walkways throughout the remainder of the yard.
