Our house has been completely renovated from top to bottom! It is a single family, one floor modern home. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, etc. There is a traditional coffee maker (and a single serve Keurig), blender and toaster available for use. The living room has a 55-inch smart tv with a Bluetooth speaker that you can hook up your own music to! The bathroom has a full-size tub and there is a washer and dryer on premise. There are 3 bedrooms in total, 2 queens and 2 twins. The backyard deck has patio furniture and a propane grill. It's a great place to relax the night away!

We are nestled on the west side of Bristol and located within steps of some of the most breathtaking sunsets you have ever seen. We are just a short walk to the East Bay Bike Path and Colt State Park, 1 mile from downtown & the restaurants. Bristol is a quintessential New England waterfront town with restaurants, shopping, museums and parks to keep you busy for quite some time! It is located about 20 minutes from Providence and 25 to Newport, RI.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Water, Sewer, YouTube TV, Internet is included. Oil heat and electric are not included.
