    "I used to live around tht area and is awesome I hv a cat and back then I had a dog and ppl were and are clean with the area,there's a farmers market very close to tht place, the neighborhood is nice and the police are always checking the ares ,very nice place to go back and live there, now I hv section 8 and I prey thy accepted because the rent is guaranteed and my is state section 8,am very hopeful in getting this apt ,amenšŸ™šŸ™great place to live in šŸ„°"

But, need more affordable apartments for people who earn less than $50,000 per year. Not everyone is earning over that, unless working TOP jobs. Most people are Blue Collar workers at least 70%"
