About this House

This newly renovated condo with fresh paint and tile floors throughout with laminate planking in the bedrooms. Two large bedrooms both have two large closets. One bedroom has a bathroom attached with a walk-in shower. The hallway bathroom has a regular bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has sliding glass doors to an outside patio with a privacy wall on both sides. The back is fenced in the length of the entire building. Washer and dryer included. There is also a dishwasher, and the water heater was just replaced. There are two assigned parking spots, one under an awning and the other is nearby. There is a community pool and clubhouse as well as a tennis and basketball court. The lawn and outside is kept up by maintenance. Great area! Neighborhood is very quiet and cozy. Shopping center directly behind and in walking distance. Which includes a grocery store (Winn-Dixie).

My neighbor hood is safe, we know our neighbors by name, we keep an eye on each other our homes and children. There r some elderly neighbors and we keep an eye and see if they need help, errands or just company! Where I live is closer to good schools, university, restaurants and stores, but u still feel the country feeling! "
