There is also a dishwasher and the water heater was just replaced. There are two assigned parking spots, one under an awning and the other is nearby. There is a community pool and clubhouse as well. The lawn and outside is kept up by maintenance. Great area! Neighborhood is very quiet and cozy. Shopping center directly behind and in walking distance. Which includes a grocery store (Winn-Dixie).

Lease term will be 1 year, tenant is responsible for all utilities which include water and electricity. No smoking inside. First month and security deposit to be paid upon move in. Application fee is $75 and there is a $30 per person background check fee.

My neighbor hood is safe, we know our neighbors by name, we keep an eye on each other our homes and children. There r some elderly neighbors and we keep an eye and see if they need help, errands or just company! Where I live is closer to good schools, university, restaurants and stores, but u still feel the country feeling! "
