Top floor: both bedrooms have great closet space and easily fit a queen size bed, 2 dressers and then some, south bedroom faces beautiful back yard, front north bed room faces downtown, a hallway between the two, and in center is the bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, ceramic tile floor and surround. Large, light-bringing windows in every room!

Main floor: private walk out deck from kitchen, living and dining room with hardwood floors, kitchen has gorgeous concrete floor, lots of cabinet space, full new appliances- perfect kitchen.

Basement: is unfinished with limestone walls, can be made into a TV/hang-out room or a great storage space (the space has been both). Your own private laundry area too- (free laundry).

Great back yard for social gatherings, Dishwasher, Microwave, Jacuzzi tub, private laundry, central air, walk out deck, cable hookup in every room, beautiful back yard, downtown/capitol view, beautiful bluffs....

Pretty much maintenance free living.

Water, trash, recycling, lawn care and snow removal included in rent.
Parking is on street- majority of the time you can park right at your front door.

Cats and dogs under 20 pounds accepted, refundable deposit $200.00 per pet, $100.00 pet fee (one time) - this is applied to carpet shampoo (upon move out, you do not have to clean or shampoo carpet).
Dogs 21 pounds+ are negotiable, there are breed restrictions.

Application fee is Zillow's current rate. Security Deposit same as the rent. Preferred credit score 625+, felony/ies, heavy criminal, UD/Eviction are not accepted.

Due to Covid 19, wearing a mask is required.
