We're renting out 1 of 3 available rooms in our spacious 4 bed / 2 bath house. Options include a large, private apartment-style room with big windows, tons of natural light, and a great view ($1200), or one of two smaller standard rooms ($950 each). All rooms have closets and access to a private bathroom. In-house washer/dryer included.

No additional pets, please we already have two well-behaved dogs who do bark occasionally, so you'll need to be dog-friendly.

You'd be living with my girlfriend and me we're young, hardworking, responsible, and chill. We keep the house clean and relaxed, and we're looking for someone respectful who'll vibe well in a shared space.
