About this House
The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, porch for gear storage, in-house washer and dryer, and 2 off-street parking spots. It has a fenced-in yard and a shed for outdoor storage.
The house feels very private and quiet. It is at the end of an alley and cul-de-sac, next to two churches and the DWP open space meadow. We are lucky to have wonderful neighbors.
The house is unfurnished (besides curtains). It is heated with a propane heater. The attic was air-sealed and insulated with R70 in 2023, so it's more comfortable than many old houses in Bishop. It has new laminated vinyl plank floors from 2021.
The rental term is 3 months at first, but after that we will offer a year-lease. We are hoping to find someone who wants to be there for a while.
Rent: $2200/mo. Water, sewer, trash, and recycling included. After you view the property, we ask all prospective tenants to submit a rental application through TurboTenant (not Zillow). This application includes a background check and credit report and the fee is $55.
