About this House
I have a two bedroom singlewide available for rent in Spencer in a 36 lot trailer park. It is a few miles from town, but just a short drive to town to visit the grocery store, bank, library, pizza place, and gas station. All trailers come with a storage shed on the lot. Tenant is responsible for garbage disposal as well as electricity through NYSEG and Ehrhart Propane for the heat and hot water. Tenant must mow and trim their own lot weekly as well as shovel their private driveway in the winter. No pets or smoking on the property.
Our lease is month to month so, if at any point during the year, you want to vacate, a thirty day notice is required, and you are still able to receive your security deposit back. All adults (anyone 18 years or older) will have a credit check done as well as references (Landlord and Personal). There is a $40 application fee (non-refundable) which is due with the application. All maintenance is done by our company. Tenant just needs to mow and trim lawn as well as shovel/plow private driveway. No smoking and no pets allowed on premises.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagei used to be a student here for the past 4 years but i recently got pulled out because of how bad it was affecting me mentally. this school has a lot of bullying, racism, and homophobia. i genuinely believe that it’s not a good space for you to grow as a person. a lot of students don’t learn much outside of this town. the schools education doesn’t teach me or them anything about the real world. i only know things outside of this town because of my old school which had a lot of diversity. there is a lot of disrespect throughout the whole school with both staff and students. the one thing i liked was 2 teachers i had that were amazing people. they genuinely cared for me and the rest of the students. i thank them for helping me get through those years. this is only my experience and i know other students have better ones but i know of many others who had it rough tooOther Review4y ago - Spencer Van Etten High School

Bullying and mental health concerns are definite issues that have persisted. Don't expect professionalism or equitable treatment and education. 2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMade false report to cps saying had no food,no water and no bathroom so cps worker showed up at my house.let them in showed her fridgerator full of food ,all my facets with running water and my bathroom.aprently they have nothing better to do then sit there lead youre child on into makeing up storys.what duaghter was trying say i had nothing for her to take a lunch to school she wanted to bring her own school lunch her lunches were paid for the month.common sense should know a 9 year old not very good at explaining these things.then my 2 duaghters get help in special classes no problem with that.my son should get extra help in my opinion seems they see boys differently. No Apology for false report they act like nothing happened if ihad more choices my kids be going somewere else.report will be on record supposedly sealed until child turns 18 ive done nothing wrong thx sve!They Also done this once or twice with my sister her kids.Parent Review10y ago
