Owner pays for HOA. Tenant pays for utilities: sewer, electric, water, garbage, gas. We are asking for 1st and last months due at move in. None smoking. No parking on the street but there is visitor parking, the 1car garage and 2 spaces on driveway. There is a $550 security deposit due that can be 100% refundable based on cleanliness and repairs needed when moved out. Pets are allowed but a $250 none refundable cleaning deposit is required, as well as an additional $100 monthly pet fee.
