Respect noise ordinance and other residents in the neighborhood that is shared. Consistently tardy rent may lead to termination of lease. Late fee is 10% of rent amount. Flushing wipes and/or feminine products will back up plumbing unfortunately. Having to unclog due to this will be at renters expense. Renter pays own utilities, wifi, etc. Destruction of property will lead to immediate termination of lease. Renter will be ask to vacate expeditiously. No smoking inside unit. This unit has a patio. Florida is a beautiful state. Smoke outside. It's preferred no smokers at all. Leasing is for one year. If wanting to stay longer a lease renewal is required, or month to month agreement is optional. It is the renters responsibility to keep unit and grounds clean and to return unit as it is lent. Any paint changed in unit is to be returned to original color. Any damages are to be repaired outside of normal wear from living. All trash, debris, and belongings are to be removed prior to returning unit back to owner.
