About this House

This fully furnished attached single family home is warm and inviting. It is available from Sept 1st- May or June, as a 9-10 month rental. The open concept of kitchen, living, dining room opens out to a wonderful patio, and manicured garden. The well appointed kitchen is located between the living room and dining room, so entertaining is easy with open space. One of the three bedrooms is on the first floor. There is a tv room/den on the second floor, as well as the laundry room. The primary bedroom features a vaulted ceiling and an intimate balcony. The utilities are not included. A credit check will be required. Smoking is not allowed. Small to medium dogs may be considered, no cats. This would be perfect if you needed a place to stay during your renovation, or to sample our town. First month, last month, and security will be required, with an acceptable credit report.

Tenant will pay utilities. Landlord pays for water and sewer charges. Snow removal, and mowing small backyard lawn are the tenant's responsibility. Off street parking is provided for 2 cars. This is a FURNISHED rental that ends by the end of May or June 2027.
