    "The yards in this neighborhood are generally large compared to other areas in south Florida. Most homes have fenced in back yards and there is plenty of room to run around in. There aren’t sidewalks on the majority of the residential side streets but the houses are set back (away from the street) leaving large areas of grass to walk on. There is also plenty of large shade trees that make walking in the FL heat bearable. All of the major busy streets have sidewalks and crosswalks making it possible to walk to nearby restaurants or shops. "
