Close to bus stop. Fenced in backyard with above ground pool. 1 parking space. We have 4 dogs it gets loud when someone comes in and out of the house. Small room has microwave and fridge a twin bed. We stay to ourselves don't like a lot of people coming and going.

    "It is very quiet and safe. There are speed bumps along the main road throughout the neighborhood. Also very diverse. The people are friendly for the most part. I do wish we had side walks though. and i do wish there were more children to trick or treat during halloween. "

    "It’s very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. White Oak rd can be busy closer to 13 but this far back is great. Very close to Route 1 and lots of back road to drive to clear your mind when needed. Also still close to shopping, main road and highways, and Dover AFB."
