A gem of a home. Constructed in 1762, it is one of the earliest homes built in Lititz and is on the National Register of Historic Places. It is located in the heart of picturesque downtown and is within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants of the borough, as well as Lititz Springs Park and the farmers' market.

1,800 SF - 3 bedrooms, two baths - no smoking/no pets - fully renovated, study/den with built-in shelving, laundry room with washer/dryer, fully renovated kitchen with all appliances, living room, large foyer, leading into the dining room. The dining room contains an antique table with leaves, an antique hutch. Immaculate - every room recently repainted, wood floors throughout in excellent condition. Lots of closet space and storage for such a unique home. Gas heat with hot water radiators. New electrical system, water softener, and hot water heater. Central A/C.

During the first half of 2022, a major renovation updated 100% of the home's wiring to the most current requirements and regulations. Additional outlets were added to all rooms along with new and updated light fixtures in many rooms.

Several pieces of furniture remain in the home -- dining room table, hutch, oriental rug, etc. They can be removed, if necessary. All curtains can stay in the home if the tenant wishes.

 3-bay garage. The Tenant gets one of the bays, plus room for 2 cars next to the garage. Storage shed with lots of room and a beautiful gazebo for entertaining or just relaxing.
