Owner suite features it's own bath. 1 Pet ok with proof of up-to-date vetting and fixed (spay/neuter) smaller breeds under 40#, $500 refundable dep. plus $25 extra per month.
Tenants are responsible for ALL utilities including water/sewer ( 2 bills) and Electric / GAS and any cable or other fees they wish to have. Gas heat and water. Must submit proof that utilities are in their name prior to obtaining keys.

Applicants should have income that is 2.5 X the rent ( $6300.00 per mo) and a credit score of 620. Credit and reference check thru Zillow application.
