Quiet and friendly house. Living room TV with shared Netflix account. Wifi available. Shared kitchen and living room space. Shared laundry room on second floor. Quiet and friendly house. Quiet and peaceful area/neighborhood. Single Occupant.

Community Center about 5 minute walk, includes 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ grill, study space, etc. Nearby park with basketball courts as well. Closest grocery store is a Stater Bros

Free residential curbside parking with limitation for street sweeping.

No pets, no smoking.

There are total 5 bedrooms in our house. Currently living here are: 2 other tenants, me, my mom and dad.

Single Occupant. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Minimum 30 day stay.

Upon interest, we will ask for proof of income, and ask for ID. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. The rent per month is flat, it includes all utilities. Internet Included. Rent is month-to-month.

No pets, no smoking, free curbside parking on both sides.

    "It’s very quiet and people keep to themselves. They constructed these houses so people can go right to their garages and be completely non social. Great for introverts. However they have beautiful landscaping and a very unique design where most for the trees and ground coverage is edible. I love that about our community.
