Beautiful, fully-remodeled duplex in much-desired Mapleton! It's located in a very quiet neighborhood and on a low-traffic street, with incredible views of Maple Mountain. This 2 bed/1 bath apartment has new carpet, tile, paint, kitchen cupboards, plumbing, electrical, and everything else! It was completely gutted out and re-done. The unit has washer/dryer hookups, and the tenant is responsible for gas and electric. It also comes with a carport, shed, and a fairly large backyard. Rent is $945 per month, with a $945 security deposit. Available April 1. Lease term would end 7/31/2021 (15-month lease), with the possibility of a 12-month renewal. Tenant will be required to pay rent online through Rentler. Minimum qualifications:
- Tenant's monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent
- Tenant must have good references
- Tenant can't have evictions
- Tenant must have credit score of at least 600
- Tenant must pass background check
- No smoking
- No pets
- Occupancy limit: 2 people per bedroom Applications can be submitted through Rentler and anyone age 18 or older who would be living in the apartment is required to fill out an application. In order to save you money, don't pay for the credit & background screening until after I have requested you to. Thank you!
