The last affordable beach community in the county * * * * Located blocks from the ocean and at the very end of a long cul-de-sac street * * * * Upgrades throughout * * * * Double-paned windows * * * * * numerous French Doors * * * * Completely fenced including picket fence around front yard * * * * * Cozy fireplace (double-sided) between living room and dining room * * * * Tropical-like, private backyard * * * * Very long driveway to accommodate numerous cars that leads to detached single car garage. There is no large corporate or chain businesses other than 7-11, no buildings allowed higher than 3-story, much of the beach area houses were built in the 50’s and 60’s. Many are now remodeled and nice. The IB pier is quite beautiful with regular fishermen, surfers and people walking. "
