Recently renovated 3br 1ba apartment close to all scad buildings. The address is 653 East 36th street. On the corner of Atlantic and 36th. Its the upstairs apartment.

All hardwood floors, washer/dryer, large bedrooms, large living room, large dining room, dishwasher, fully stone tiled bathroom, tiled kitchen and pantry room. The apartment is around 1,400 sqft. Lots of space. Off street parking. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED

The rent is $1800/ month. with a security deposit of $1800. I'm looking for a year lease. Available August 1.
