Upon entering this home, you will be greeted with the living room. This area is spacious in size to fit most furniture, a large picture window for natural lighting, and multiple closets for storage, coats, and shoes. Around the corner you will find a remodeled dine in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Both bedrooms showcase large closets and the remodeled bathroom is located right down the hall from the kitchen. Washer and dryer hook ups are available downstairs in the basement for tenant convenience.

Off-street parking and one detached garage is available and shared with the other tenant. All utilities, trash, lawn care, and snow removal are separately metered and tenants responsibility.

    "People seem to like dogs and are friendly towards them. People who have reactive dogs are very good about keeping a tight leash on them. Because it’s just a U-shaped cul-de-sac there aren’t a lot of interesting walks in the neighborhood unless you go several blocks away. I still find it enjoyable to walk my dog and watch the neighborhood be about its daily business."

Trust me....we've had to move to different states a lot for my husbands job. I told my husband I want to stay here until all our kids are out on their own. This neighborhood gets an A+ rating from this family."
