4) New driveway 5 years ago. New garage door also at that time. Garage door openers works perfectly. Full 3 car wide driveway from street to garage door. The city regraded the street and replaced 6 drives adjacent and including this one. The street has great curb appeal when entereing the area.
5) All rooms are freshly repainted. Bedroom and bath lighting replaced with newer contemporary look.
6) Bathrooms updating includes new waterproof flooring, drapes and lighting.
7) Replaced entrance with modern vinly waterproof flooring to a more updated look. Carpets have been cleaned. Although not new, they show well.
8) Kitchen pantry and den flooring replaced with modern vinyl waterproof tiles. New vinly tiling is being extended into the living area Feb 2024 currently. Converting to Bosch tankless hot water increasing usable floor space in aslready large pantry/washroom.
8) All exterior window sills have been scraped resealed and repainted for excellent weather protection. All windows are thermo dual pane style.
