Yard is not fully fenced, however yard maintenance is included in rent.

Home is located in a mobile home community. We request that you DO NOT disturb residents and current tenants, but please perform a drive by of the area prior to applying and touring home. Home is located on the West side of Francis Street, visible from street without entering the mobile home community.

No smoking. Pets may be approved with upfront refundable pet deposit and non-refundable monthly pet fee.

Landlord provides water/sewer and trash service. Tenant is responsible for the electrical, internet service.
