Selling my lease as I am moving out of Utah in a few days. 2 bed/2bath unit at The Vine apartments, total rent is $1715 includes parking, media, sewer, trash. The deposit comes with this unit. There is a washer/dryer that I lease with a third party for 46 total a month but I am having them picked up before. Its on the first floor. The lease will start over for a year. If interested, go to the website (pay the application fee) and let me know so I can follow up with the front office. You can come see the unit. I have paid Decembers rent. If you move in December, all there is left to pay is an admin fee of $250 to the front office and I will pay an additional $500 to release me.
